About Foundational Feeding & Speech Therapy

Foundational Feeding & Speech Therapy provides individualized speech-language, feeding, and myofunctional therapy. We specialize in evaluating and treating related to speech delays, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, feeding difficulties, and language disorders/delays. Sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. All sessions will occur at your home, daycare, or other community environment to support easy carry over.

Parents receive regular therapy updates detailing objectives for therapy sessions, their child’s progress, and how to promote carryover of skills at home. With parent permission, therapy updates can be shared with your child’s teacher to promote carryover of skills at school.

About the Owner

HI there! My name is MacKenzie Meredith and I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Colorado. I have always had a passion for helping others since I was a little girl. I find great joy in my job and come home from work feeling good about my day working with families.

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. I continued there, where I earned my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. I now hold a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Early on in my career, I was specifically drawn to feeding difficulties in a variety of populations. As I continued with my studies, I became fascinated with how people who often struggle articulating themselves, also have difficulties with either eating and/or swallowing. It's all connected! Ah-ha!

My background and continuing education has focused on helping children infant-adolescents with sensory feeding, motor speech, phonology, and dysphagia. I also love to work with early through school-age children on language, literacy, and phonics.

My family is made up of my husband Harrison, my daughter Blake, and my two dogs Chuy and Senna. We enjoy being outdoors, cooking as a family, hiking, and traveling to warm places!

As a clinician and the founder of Foundational Feeding & Speech Therapy I strive to provide the highest standard of care in a nurturing, professional, and caring environment to help my clients meet their personal goals.
